Honey Rose Haven’s mission is to provide sex and relationship education. I’m Em Thev, CSE, and the founder of Honey Rose Haven, an organization dedicated to helping people have healthy, passionate relationships.

Intimacy is a vital aspect of our well-being. Unfortunately, a lot of the information we receive about relationships and sexuality is based on myths and misconceptions. This misinformation can cause feelings of shame and disconnection from our bodies and partners. At Honey Rose Haven, I provide personalized education and mindfulness exercises for overcoming sexual shame, communicating with your loved one and building fulfilling relationships. Honey Rose Haven’s approach integrates accurate information and creative expression, as well as a network of informed professionals. I offer a range of services, including workshops, online courses and 1:1 sessions. I’ve supported thousands of individuals worldwide and created a space that respects diverse values and perspectives. I offer ethical, compassionate and exceptional care and I’m currently accepting new clients.

Get Involved

I curate engaging events that teach relational intelligence and promote sexual wellness. Most people need guidance on how to nurture intimacy in their relationships. The concept of sexuality extends beyond addressing sexual challenges, and embraces topics such as body awareness, pleasure, attachment, honesty, diversity, and the intricate tapestry of culture and history. The work Em is doing is vital. I have been to several of Em’s workshops and done 1:1 sessions with her. She is brilliant, relatable, and inclusive.
